In 1976, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to regulate the handling of dangerous waste, and regulations have been followed since then, including OSHA’s 29 CFR 1910.120, which is known as HAZWOPER.

According to OSHA’s requirements, it is so important for employees to know how to recognize potentially hazardous substances. They should also know how to manage and dispose of them correctly as OSHA instructed that anyone working with the hazardous materials must receive thorough training.

The employees must know how to reduce or eliminate potential exposure to hazardous materials in their confined space work environments. HAZWOPER: Confined Space Entry video Program Interactive Training has been introduced to meet the requirements.

Who should take the course

People who get to handle hazardous materials and ensure safety in HAZMAT environments should take the course so that they can reduce or eliminate potential exposure to hazardous materials in their confined space work environments.
